What you need to know:
Is there a minimum time-frame?
Yes, there is a 2-hour minimum per event.
How many guests can receive readings in 2 hours?
Event readings are usually about 5-10 minutes each, so in 2 hours there will be a minimum of 12 readings and a maximum of about 20.
What do you need to provide for set-up?
The reader requires table space and 2 chairs, in as quiet an area as possible. An event with loud music or crowds and no separate area for a quiet conversation would not be appropriate for reading, so if this space cannot be provided, please seek another kind of entertainment.
Some of your guests will enjoy having cards read with friends and other guests at their side—some will prefer a more private experience. Your Gates of Light reader will be happy to work with both requests, however, as noted above, table space in as quiet an area as possible will be required and if the guest wants to share the experience, there must be space for more than two chairs.
Does Gates of Light Tarot require a deposit and is it refundable?
A 25% deposit is required to hold your reservation. Cancellation less than five days before the event forfeits the deposit—it is non-refundable.
How do you pay the balance and when is it due?
The balance is due on the day of the event in cash, unless previously arranged.
Should you or your guests tip the reader?
Tipping is not necessary. However, if you and your guests are happy with the service, Gates of Light Tarot would be grateful for a testimonial.

If travel outside of New York City is required, travel time and expenses will also be factored in to the total.
